The Coweta Friends of the Library (CFOL) is a 501(c)(03) non-profit group of local volunteers that works to support the Coweta Public Library through volunteering and fund raising. Our mission is to support, strengthen, and assist the Coweta Public Library in maintaining a resource for the community to enjoy.
The volunteers of the CFOL hold book sales, bake sales, and other events to help raise money for the Coweta Library. All money raised goes to help support library programs, especially the programs directed toward the children of the community.
The Coweta Friends of the Library meet at the Coweta Library at 120 E. Sycamore Street on the second Tuesday of each month at 10 AM. The present dues are $5 a year. Anyone living in the Coweta area who is at least 18 years of age and wishes to help support our mission statement is invited to join.
